Operation Department
- To achieve 98% supply number of manpower for every shift.
- To achieve 0.05% mishandling of cargo.
- To minimize major accidents/incidents of manpower activities to not more than one (1) case quarterly.
- To achieve 90% customer satisfaction based on the customer survey.
Logistics Department
- To achieve 98% on-time scheduled maintenance of company vehicles & premises.
- To control a 3% growth in utility costs at the company hostel.
Human Resources Department
- To provide at least two (2) training for minimum one personnel for each particular department annually.
- To fill up a vacant post within seven (7) working days of requirement.
Procurement Department
- To support a 100% operational requirement.
- To obtain 100% the best value on goods & services from suppliers.
Administration Department
- To achieve 100% management of foreign workers (recruitment, renewal & release).
- To control avoidable cost by 7% per annum.
